I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you & Ice Cold Auto Air for your continued service on my wife's car. Based on friend's recommendations, we originally brought the car in for repair to the Air Conditioning system, which was not cooling properly. Ice Cold Auto Air wound up having to replace the compressor and other significant air conditioning components.
Subsequently, we have found it necessary to bring the car back on several occasions because parts failed, or there were other interrelated problems. In every instance, you attempted to fix the problem and did all that you could to insure that everything operated properly. This includes the replacement of the A/C components, as well as, performing labor that in some instances was outside of your original repair work.
It is not often that you find the willingness to provide the type of service that you have displayed. This is especially true when multiplied by the number of problems that we faced.
